A lot of things are shifting during this phase of life and women are often unprepared or uninformed about recognizing and managing changes.
My Approach
I believe that health is our most valuable possession. I know from personal experience and over 24 years of work as an educator and nutritionist that women’s health concerns are often dismissed, and that especially in midlife, women feel misunderstood, poorly supported, and are often frustrated by the lack of education and support available. I also believe that understanding how to optimize your health in midlife is critical to living a healthy and vibrant second half of your life.
How I Do It?
I help women navigate and understand their health, hormones and digestion in private, individual counselling and group programs that include lab work (DUTCH Complete Hormone Test and GI Map Stool Test), targeted nutrition plans designed specifically for midlife women, mindset training and coaching, lifestyle modifications to improve sleep, selfcare, stress response and fitness. Coaching and implementation sessions provide support throughout this process. Nutraceutical and supplement recommendations are provided to address specific individual needs and goals and hormone replacement therapy (bHRT) education and options are provided with referrals to medical or naturopathic doctors for further care.
